level 1 is the lowest level where only able to withstand bullets with caliber under 1
level 2A able to withstand bullets with caliber 1 s/ d 23
level 2 are able to withstand bullets caliber 24 s/ d 32
level 3A able to withstand bullets caliber 32 s/ d 40
